The San Diego Bike Blog Roundup Returns!

Once upon a time we used to try to assemble a weekly digest of the best recent posts from around our vibrant San Diego bike blogosphere. It quickly got a bit overwhelming — there were just too many people writing about too much good stuff.

But as I was cleaning up the blog links this morning, I thought that with all of the recent positive developments and the momentum we have going into this year, I want to try to revive the feature periodically.

So here’s your San Diego Bike Blog Roundup for the end of 2010 and beginning of 2011:

Virtual Roadkill, which gets my vote for local bike blog most in need of a name change, looks at some of the the damage caused by the December rains and flooding.

Velo-Flaneur reminds us that even brilliant intellectuals sometimes fall off their bikes, and that they just get back on and ride.

Paleo Velo gets adventurous on Christmas Day. There are goats involved. Sort of. Not really.

Cycling Unbound gets lost in Mexico and doesn’t mind staying for a while.

As always, check out the sidebar links for more San Diego bike blogs, and if you write or contribute to a bike blog that we don’t know about yet, shoot us the link and we’ll post it.
