Punk Rock Mountain Bike Rides Every Other Sunday

Introducing Punk Rock Mountain Bike Rides every other Sunday.  Every ride will meet at Rebecca’s Coffeeshop (30th & Juniper) at 1pm.   The next ride will be this Sunday, Feb. 6.  Though all rides will meet at the same place, same time, we’ll be mixing up the riding environments by going on a mini-road trip every other ride.  For example:

-Feb. 6, Mission Trails.

-Feb. 20, local trails.

-March 6, Chula Vista.

-March 20, local.

-etc. (mini-road trip locations TBD by group).

We’ll be exploring the gaps in between our neighborhoods. All bikes welcome.  Wide-ish tires recommended. 

Sponsors include Adams Avenue Bike Shop, Velo Cult, Thomas Bike Shop, and Bikes Del Pueblo.

For regular participants of this ride: Velo Cult will be offering %15 off on parts/accessories/labor for mountain bikes. Thomas will be offering %20 off on everything.  Bikes Del Pueblo has provided bikes to loan for the ride in the past, and will continue to do so when they can.

The point of the sponsors is to help get people who don’t normally mtb onto mtbs.  Or, if you already mtb then you can get discounts on mtb stuff.  In a sense, the Punk Rock Mountain Bike Ride is a type of program.
