August 27, 2014 (tonight)
- 5:30 PM – Kensington/Talmadge Community Subcommittee meeting at the Adams Avenue & Normal Heights – Community Center – If you live, work, or own property in Kensington/Talmadge, you should consider attending.
- 6:00 PM – Bicycle Advisory Committee Meeting – The city’s first Bicycle Advisory Committee Meeting will be holding its first meeting tonight at the Civic San Diego conference room. You should definitely attend
- 6:30 PM – Pacific Beach Community Planning Group Meeting at the Earl & Birdie Taylor Library. If you live, work, or own property in Pacific Beach, you should consider attending.
- 7:30 PM –Pictionary Night Fundraiser For BikeSD at Numbers 1on Fifth Ave- This is a fundraiser benefiting Bike SD. There will be an ongoing game of pictionary throughout the event. Every time a participant guesses correctly a raffle ticket is awarded. Tickets will also be sold.
August 28, 2014
- 7:00 PM – Carmel Valley Planning Group Meeting at the Carmel Valley Library. To be discussed is the One Paseo Project that continues to rely on Level of Service as a measurement of traffic impact, despite the state’s intention to soon eliminate this metric.

- 8:00 PM – Critical Mass at the Bea Evanson Fountain.
- 8:00 PM – San Diego Bike Party starting at the Bea Evanson Fountain. Theme: Happy Days Ice Cream Social Ride.
September 1, 2014
- 8:00 AM – MJ Cyclery Coffee Shop Ride – Meet at MJ Cyclery for a casual ride with a stop for coffee.
