B Street in Golden Hill got an upgrade last month with new buffered bike lanes. It may be a while before we get parking protected bike lanes in this city, but for now we have a buffer between moving vehicles and bicycle riders.

To celebrate this and more good things that is Golden Hill, ride your bicycle to the Golden Hill Balboa Park Centennial Festival this weekend.
