BikeSD 1st Anniversary Party at Modern Times Brewery

If you haven’t already heard, it’s our birthday. That’s right, BikeSD is a year old.

To kick off our second year, we hope you’ll join us next Tuesday, October 15th from 7-9 pm at the Modern Times Fermentorium in Point Loma.  There will be plenty of beer, bike parking, and the O Food Truck will be serving up some tasty organic and vegan-friendly fare.

Update: Jacob McKean (founder and owner of Modern Times Brewery) and Elizabeth Studebaker (Mayor’s Business Improvement District (BID) Advocate) will be our special guests on Tuesday evening to set the stage of our second year of advocacy: engaging our business community in our quest to transform and redesign San Diego’s streets. Businesses benefit tremendously from bike facilities. Modern Times Brewery is located in a neighborhood that has tremendous potential. What is that potential? How will we all work together to ensure success? On Tuesday we will discuss this and more and celebrate.
