City Attorney’s Office Responds to Public Records Act Request

As a follow up to learn more about how the City handles car/bike collisions, I filed a Public Records Acts request with the City Attorney’s office to learn whether criminal charges have been filed against the drivers responsible for the death or injury of the five bicycle riders mentioned previously.

Yesterday, I received a response from the Chief Deputy City Attorney, Steven K. Hansen, stating that no charges have been filed.
