Bike Patrol Team Keeping Our Beaches Safe This July Fourth

I saw Paramedic R.L. Carrasquillo Jr (right) and C.J. Martin (left) at Mission Beach this afternoon and asked if they would pose for a photo. They did. We chatted briefly about riding in the City and Martin described his commute from La Mesa to San Diego along University Avenue and that it was a bit unpleasant to ride on. I mentioned that his commute is on its way to being improved. Martin seemed pleased at the prospect of having a better commute in the future.
